i know how he does it:
he has fake skin all over his body and when he pus it in his moth he is really putting it in his fake skin and then he pushes it down to his arm and cuts it out because his fake skin doesn't have any veims in it or anything it is so fake

that was fake when he starts swallowing it it changes view and thats when he takes it out of his mouth then when he pulls it out of his skin he uses an IV arm that they use to train Paramedics and nurses(My dad works in a hospital) so Mind Freak is a FAKE!!!!!!!!!!
