At first I thought it was a setup like many others, also because the woman opens her door so quickly (did she wore a seatbelt??)..but.. I think it's real! Amazing camerawork, usually the (amateur) cameraman pans away as he is forgetting what he is doing. He didn't, and now this clip gets a 10 rating! ;-)
